The Community College Completion Corps is an effort to increase student success by informing everyone about the benefits of completing a credential/degree and the consequences of not completing.
While 79 percent of entering college students throughout the nation plan to earn an associate degree, just 45 percent meet that goal within six years. How about you? Will you pledge to complete?
Hundreds of thousands of community college students have pledged to Commit to Complete – accepting responsibility for completing their credential/degree and promising to help at least one other student complete.
You don't have to come to campus to "join the Corps!" You can Commit to Complete online. Students, faculty, staff and administrators can also pledge to assist with completion. The Completion Pledge for both students and employees can be found at http://www.cccompletioncorps.org/pledge
The RCBC Office of Distance Education creates student login accounts in batches about once every four hours. Although you may already be able to access the Blackboard system, you will not be able to see or access your course until the day it is officially scheduled to start.
If the official start date of your course has already passed, and you registered at least eight (8) hours ago and you are still unable to login or see your course:
First try to login using the instructions at http://rcbc.edu/blackboard. If that does not work, make a note of the exact step in the instructions where you ran into the issue, and the exact wording of the error message you receive. Our office hours are 9:00 am to 4:45 PM, Monday-Friday.

On Thursday, May 12, 2016 between 12 AM and 3 PM the URL for our Blackboard server changed FROM https://bcc.blackboard.com TO https://rcbc.blackboard.com permanently. This change is related to the college's name change
We have asked Blackboard to redirect users who attempt to connect to the old URL, however various components of the system may be unstable or nonfunctional when connecting via the old "bcc" address. The old address will be discontinued completely in December.
Web browsers may not recognize the new address on the first visit, so any saved usernames and passwords may need to be re-entered manually. If you have forgotten your password, you can have it reset 24/7 by following the directions here: http://rcbc.edu/distance-education/reset-your-password.
